SPACE BARBIE's

With EVE now granting its Capsuleers the ability to walk around stations and have DUST Mercs also inhabit these same stations freely, moving in 3^rd person, it would seem CCP is following the same model of Playstation Home. By borrowing pics from the DUST 514 TCD Group page (All are taken within Home) on Facebook we can give an example of what Capsuleers can expect to see in station and planet side within the near future.

This is the welcoming of the age of “Space Barbie’s”. Though we won’t be able to fight in such “Costumes”, we will be able to partake in several other activities such as Mingling with both Capsuleers and Mercs, partaking in Sub games like Slay and even wonder around casino like environments with your avatars able to place bets on up and coming E-sports. Clothing and Hats, being able to buy and rent different styles of Quarters to live in, filling such living quarters with furniture, this is the Future of New Eden and to me it’s welcomed. CCP Will provide lots of reasons to keep you in your Avatar form because the longer you are the faster you will become board and want to replace your appearance. These new additives will grants more freedom to players and self-expression, it will bring more to invest in and bring longevity to both games. But of course everything will come at a price and that will be AUR. AUR will become the incentive for CCP to continue giving us what we want.
